If you are shopping online please do mention your rewards ID in the notes while checking out. If you are shopping through our digital channels whatsapp or Instagram, once you confirm your order with our sales agents, please mention your rewards ID to add your points. If you are shopping in store, on our Pos present your rewards ID or phone number to add your points.
If you forget to present your rewards ID, you can always claim within 30 days your missed points. Email us at rewards@seaside-avenue.com or by submitting a claim request at https://lb.seaside-avenue.com/claim/
To check your Rewards points collected. Visit lb.seaside-avenue.lb, log in to your account and select my rewards points. Please allow 72 hrs for update .
To redeem your points please visit lb.seaside-avenue.lb/redeem for instructions.
When you register on our website , you can log in to your account and check your points . Please allow 72 hrs or 3 business days to update your points.

If you are registered in our Rewards Program , and you missed giving out your Reward IDÂ during your Purchase , you can always claim your points for purchases up to 30 days by submitting a request to https://lb.seaside-avenue.com/claim/
